There are quite a few technologies that have affected modern photography, several of these including Aperture, raw photography, and cameras. All of these different forms of technology have played a huge role in photography today. They have also helped to develop and form the career that photography has become.
Aperture, a program founded by Apple, keeps track of photos that are uploaded to the program and organizes them. It also offers a variety of tools, making it possible to edit each and every photograph. This program also allows you to zoom into the picture and adjust the color levels. For later use, Aperture also stores all images on the hard drive or in the program itself, making them easily accessible.
Raw photography, also known as digital negatives, is a file that contains all the information that is necessary to create an actual image, just like a film negative. These images have the ability to be zoomed in more than the image itself. A major disadvantage of raw photography is the software that is uses. With technology quickly advancing, raw photography files may not be visible with new upcoming programs.
Cameras play a huge role in the career of photography. This portable image-capturing device basically creates photography, allowing photos to be captured and printed out. Modern digital cameras have made it possible to view the image on a screen of the camera. This device also includes a focus feature and the ability to zoom in and out.
